Family Foursquare is part of
a family of churches known as the International Church of
the Foursquare Gospel www.foursquare.org.
The vision of ICFG is to present Jesus Christ, God's Son,
to every person in every culture and nation as The
Savior, The Baptizer With The Holy Ghost, The Healer, and
The Soon Coming King. Since
it's founding, in 1923, that vision has been realized through
evangelizing the lost and establishing local congregations
in the United States and throughout the world.
Today, the number of members and adherents
in the Foursquare Church worldwide now stands at 3,587,835,
worshipping in 29,973 churches and meeting places in 123
countries. The Foursquare Church actively participates in
the National Association of Evangelicals, The American Bible
Society, Pentecostal/Charismatic Churches of North America,
The Pentecostal World Conference, and The Evangelical Fellowship
of Missions Agencies.
Family Foursquare
was founded by Pastors Helen and Ken Castanien krcastan@hotmail.com
in 1995. In November 2001 the small congregation received
a miracle from the Lord with almost seven acres of land
at the corner of 103rd and Jammes, to build church and school
facilities. By faith the congregation believes it will move
on the new property in 2004. For several years, church and
school were housed in an office complex on San Juan Avenue.
In 2002, the Wesconnett Methodist Church and Pastor George
Dzyndra igdzy1@juno.com
graciously opened their doors and hearts to the struggling
congregation to use some surplus facility they had available.
For the times of worship, please call the church number,
904-778-4220. Family
Foursquare encourages those with a pioneering heart to come
and join us. These are exciting times.
