Tuition & Fee Information

Our Current Rate Schedule is as follows for January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004

Registration Fees
$50.00 one child or
$75.00 per family Registration Fees (Not Refundable)

Tuition Fees
Infants up to 18 months $100.00 (Monday-Friday)
19 months up to 15 yrs old $90.00 (Monday-Friday)
Two children any age $180.00 (Monday-Friday)
Any additional children $90.00 (Monday-Friday)

*Parents may use an extended day beyond 6:00 P.M. by ADVANCE request at the time of need for an additional $15.00 for additional hours per night. Split shifts will be an additional $20.00 per week for those parents needing to use variable shifts.

$65.00 19 months and up (Part-time)
$75.00 for infants up to 18 months (Part-Time for up to 25 hours per week - NIGHTS ONLY.)

All fees are due on Mondays for the upcoming week. If fees are not paid by close of business Tuesday, a fee of $20.00 per week will be levied.

***SATURDAY CARE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO THE ABOVE RATES AS FOLLOW. No Days can be exchanged for Saturdays. There are two rates for Saturdays: Enrolled children and Drop ins. This rate is for Family guidance patrons as well as private patrons, There are no exceptions to this rate for Saturdays. Enrolled children with advance payment $20.00 First child and $15 for each additional child. Drop Ins $25.00 First child and $20.00 each additional child.

Additional Fee Terms
The day shift ends at 6:00 P.M. All day children must be picked up by the 6:00 P.M. cut off.

Late pickup fee will be as follows. $15.00 for any minutes up to 15 after 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. And $5.00 for each additional 15 minutes up to $30.00 for the night after one hour lateness. This fee needs to be paid on the day the lateness occurs.

Parents are allotted 10 hours per day according to the agreement made at the time of enrollment. Parents must make an effort to pickup or receive their children from our center within the time frame agreed upon.

Holidays
The center will observe the following holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, two days before Christmas Day and two days before New Years.

Withdrawals
A full weeks tuition will be charged for these weeks. A parent may withdraw their children with a two week advance notice at any time and the fees will stop. However, space will be opened and the center may not have space when the return is requested. A new registration fee is due when the child is enrolled again. All fees are due on Mondays and will be considered late if they are not paid by the close of business Tuesday.

NO ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE PAYMENTS.
We do need our fees in order to operate and pay the employees who serve your children. All payments will be made in cash, money orders, or personal checks unless two or more checks have been returned. There will be a $35.00 return check fee regardless of reason. CO-PAYMENTS MUST ALSO BE PAID IN THE SAME MANNER. All late fees and registration fees apply.
