Precise Locate, Inc. is a private utility locating firm. We travel to sites and locate all underground utilities possible, for the purpose of excavating, survey knowledge and for troubleshooting problems. We have been in business for over 9 years, serving the Triad area and beyond.

At Precise Locate, Inc. we are professional, honest, dependable, safe and thorough with all of our work, and we cater directly to the clientele that we work for. We want our customers to be satisfied with a job well done. References can be provided if requested.

Our on-site rates are $90.00 an hour. The travel time is the same rate and charges are from Eden, NC, to the site and return, subtract 1 hour wherever we are asked to go. All of our work is under the agreement of our "Site Contract" and "Disclaimer Form" that we will send to you before our services begin. We can also give estimated pricing on jobs, if contacted, for a formal proposal over the phone.

Our insurance coverage is $1,000,000.00 on Products General, aggregated and vehicles as well. Our employees are all covered under Workman's Comp Insurance. Copies of these certificates can be sent upon request.

Precise Locate, Inc. locates utilities underground outside, inside and under slab concrete. We offer troubleshooting techniques to find problems in piping such as a sewer or broken electrical lines. We utilize the most up to date equipment that is frequently calibrated to ensure accurate locations. Precise Locate, Inc. also has a plastic water line locater that utilizes a ¾ hose bib set up to pulsate water. This helps us find water in the ground by using a sensitive listening devise. Our equipment can be used for fining, hydrants, hose bibs, to locate plastic, asbestos and/or other non-metallic piping.
