Adventure Limousine is pleased to be your transportation choice. We pride ourselves on being honest, reputable and professional.
Please take this opportunity to review our policy:
Cancellation: We require a two-week notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Gratuity: Chauffeur gratuity is optional but appreciated. Average gratuity is 10 to 20 percent.
Methods of Payment: Cash, money orders, checks and most major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). All checks must be cashed seven days prior to any rendering of service.
Extended Time: If your charter extends past your reserved time, the remaining time will be charged in half-hour increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract.
Damage to Vehicles: The card holder is responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during a charter. The credit card holder is directly responsible for any and all cost for repairs.
Max Capacity: Chauffeurs are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is a violation of state law and insurance guidelines. There cannot be any exceptions.
Smoking is Not Allowed: Smoking will be permitted for a charge of $100.00 (to cover cleaning cost).
Alcohol Policy: We do not stock alcoholic beverages. However, you are welcome to bring any alcoholic beverages you would like. We can supply beverages for you at an additional cost.
Extra Charges: Our prices are all-inclusive.
Unlimited Multiple Stops: No charge for additional stops unless it is a transfer. During a one-way transfer, there will be an additional $25.00 charge per stop.
