Dietary Information
Cornerstone Village South prepares and serves three meals every day. Our Registered Dietician plans the meals, so you are assured proper nutrition and a balanced diet. Our dietary staff will prepare any special physician-ordered meals that you may need; our primary concern is your continued health.
All meals are served on a regular schedule in our comfortable dining rooms. Community dining at Cornerstone Village South allows you to socialize with other residents while enjoying your meal; it also enhances our family atmosphere. Our cooks prepare a wide variety of foods that appeal to many tastes and keep true to Louisiana home cooking.
In addition to our three daily meals, Cornerstone Village South provides coffee socials two times a day with snacks being provided. This is a wonderful time to meet with friends and share in conversation or sit back and read a book in our enjoyable lounging areas. It is at this time our residents can engage in a planned activity. The possibilities are endless.
Retirement and Assisted Living residents enjoy our buffet-style dining with full table set up. Assisted Living residents may enjoy breakfast delivery free of charge. Room service fees apply at all other requests.
Infirmary residents are served in the dining room. If this is a hardship, meals will be received in the room without any additional fees.
