Directions to Tampa office, if you are coming from the North. Take Dale Mabry or MacDill south to DeLeon Avenue, which is one block north of Swann. Take a left onto DeLeon, towards Hyde Park. After you pass MacDill, you will see South Tampa Medical Center on your left (this is our building). Turn left into the patient parking lot. We are on the third floor in suite 315. Directions to St. Petersburg, if you are coming from St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the beaches. Take Ulmerton Rd and head east towards Tampa. You will go under an overpass (that is Roosevelt), continue straight for one light after the overpass. You will see a building that says St. Anthony's Carillon Outpatient Center (900 Carillon Parkway) to your right. Turn into the access road that takes you to the parking lot of St. Anthony's Outpatient Center. Take the elevator to the third floor. If you have problems finding it, our phone is 727-278-3992.

Directions to St. Petersburg if you are coming from Tampa and Feather Sound. Take 275 to the second exit (Ulmerton). Go straight on Ulmerton for 3 lights. You will see St. Anthony's Outpatient Center on your left. Turn into the access road that takes you to the parking lot of St. Anthony's Outpatient Center. Our office is on the third floor.
