Spin (Cycle)
Nightly classes are approximately 45 minutes long and consist of high-paced, upbeat, music with newly-installed black lights for a fun and energizing workout! This class simulates an outdoor mountain bike ride, which includes intervals of slow/fast sprints, seated/standing climbing and speedwork.
Saturday morning class is 9am – 10am and focuses on aerobic endurance!
Cycle 30
A 30-minute spinning class for those short on time, but still wanting a great workout. This is a group exercise workout performed on a stationary bike. The class offers the latest cardio workout combined with great music and plenty of motivation.
Yoga
This is an effective and exciting workout program that balances body and mind. It includes elements of a tough cardiovascular workout as well as strength-building yoga poses that lengthen and strengthen your muscles. It is set to slow-paced, relaxing soundtracks and finishes with stress-relieving relaxation exercises.
Power Sculpt (Body Sculpt)
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for fast.
Turbo Kick
Kick Boxing (Interval): Includes a series of boxing combinations (jabs, hooks, uppercuts, kicks) with intervals of aerobics (hi/low), moves (grapevines, jacks, knee ups, step touches, etc.) and low impact exercises as well (swats, abs and sometimes hand held weights and floor work for resistance). Excellent for beginners and advanced levels because it is easy to increase and decrease the workout intensity.
Pilates
A series of exercises performed on a mat, based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture, as well as increase awareness of proper body alignment and breathing. It is also designed to strengthen abdominal, leg, back and gluteus maximus muscles. This class is suitable for all levels of participants.
