Innovative Fraud Solutions is committed to doing business with companies that commit to refrain from discrimination or retaliation against "whistleblowers" and reporters of illegal activities.

We provide a third-party employee hotline, which encourages employees to report illegal or unethical behavior. The hotline employees are highly trained and skilled at working with employees sharing confidential information. It is our policy never to identify an employee's identity to anyone.

Numerous studies suggest that employees want to work for an ethical organization that values honest and ethical business practices. Additionally, the use of the third-party hotline can be helpful with compliance of other federal and state requirements under discrimination and whistleblower statutes and regulations.
