Massage Specialties
If you are a first time client at Paradise Bodyworks and Day Spa, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork that is needed. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes, so that we may schedule someone else. Treatment times are priced at actual hands on client time and do not include time for changing clothes. If you arrive late, you will be billed for the entire time scheduled and you may not receive your full time. If you call a day or two ahead of the date and time you want to schedule, you will have a better chance of getting the time you desire. Paradise Sport
A vigorous massage designed for pre or post strenuous activity. It includes stretching and flowing strokes and rhythmic vibration to the muscles, helping the body eliminate lactic acid from muscle tissue, reducing soreness.

Lomi Lomi
Hawaiian massage using long rhythmic and fluid wave-like strokes. Performed slow and soothing or fast and invigorating. Try this for deep relaxation or as a sports session.

Thai
Uses slow rocking movements, acupressure and a combination of stretching and compression to increase mobility. This is usually done with loose fitting clothing, on the floor with mats or on a table.

Crystal Acupressure, Laser Crystal Healing and Chakra Balance
In this treatment crystal/gemstones sticks are used to enhance acupressure therapy by targeting specific pressure points. This is particularly good for clients with back and joint pain. This treatment is not made to replace a medical doctor, but as a support to the healing process. Laser Quartz is a natural crystal that focuses and concentrates and accelerates the energy that passes through it.
