How can Therapeutic massage and bodywork benefit me?
Massage benefits people of all ages and from all walks of life, from the athlete to the executive to the secretary or the laborer. Massage increases circulation, decreases stress and relaxes the body and mind for an overall sense of well being. Massage relieves soreness and stiffness in the muscles and joints and improves skin tone.
Will I have a choice of either a male or female therapist?
Yes our staff consists of male and female professionals and experienced and licensed therapists.
I have never had a massage. What type of massage should I get?
We recommend the Paradise Signature Massage since it’s a blend of several types of massages. You can also discuss this with your therapist, who will be happy to design a custom massage just for you.
How will I feel after the massage?
Most people feel very relaxed. Some people will experience a freedom from long term aches and pains developed from tension and repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness and greater productivity which can last for days.
