Why We are Better

Park Elevators and dumbwaiters are highly superior to and unequalled by other large companies' "cookie cutter" fabrications. You won't order a "package", per se, but we will custom build an elevator to fit your plans and needs.

Here at Park, we commonly will do what most other companies will not do by custom designing, building and installing elevators and dumbwaiters to meet our customer's desired modifications or specific, complex needs. Because there are no "stock" buildings, we believe there are no "stock" elevators.

Are you particularly tall and want a taller cab? Fancy a bar or a refrigerator in your elevator? Want a wider or over-all bigger cab in your elevator? Would you love to have a window?

All of Park Elevators' work is customized. We will make an elevator to transport people or freight that other companies won't normally do by designing and building whatever it takes to fit a particular need.

Each Unit is Individually Built with American Pride

All of our mechanical and cab assemblies are made here in our Gastonia, North Carolina, manufacturing plant. Our elevator cabs are hand-built and pre-assembled to make sure that they meet our customer's specifications, then torn down, packed up and shipped out to its new home, where it is installed.

In addition, our residential elevators are built using the same design criteria, materials and workmanship that we use in our commercial elevators. This allows our customers to enjoy quality, commercial elevator features at residential elevator prices!
