Terms and Conditions
Reward Credit Program
Parish Retail Outlet Golden Priority Rewards Members ("Member") receive reward credit ("Reward Credit") on "purchases" made at Parish Retail Outlet, by phone at (206) 888-9197 or online ParishRetailOutlet.net.
To receive Reward Credit, your Member number must be registered. If you have received a temporary card in the mail, you must register your Member number by calling (206) 888-9197 or registering online at ParishRetailOutlet.net. At the end of each Reward Period (defined below), Members with unregistered numbers forfeit any Reward Credit accumulated for that Reward Period and will not receive Reward Credit for the Reward Period.
Your Member card or Member number must be presented at time of purchase to be eligible to receive Reward Credit.
A minimum of $50 in purchases are required during a reward Period to be offered Reward Credit for that particular Reward Period. Reward Credit will be offered as follows:
5% back of your total net purchases, which exclude tax, returns and discounts, in the form of an Parish Retail Outlet Golden Priority Rewards Card ("Reward Card").
Purchases may not be carried over from prior Reward Periods.
There is no maximum amount of Reward Credit that can be offered in one Reward Period, purchases made with Rewards Cards are excluded from purchases for future Reward Credit.
Reward Cards are issued within 30 days after purchasing an item. Reward Cards do not property, do not entitle a member a vested right or interest and have no cash value. As such, Reward Cards are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason. The sale of Reward Cards is strictly prohibited. Reward Cards shipped and returned as undeliverable will be forfeited. Reward Credit is currently issued in the form of a Parish Retail Outlet Golden Priority Reward Card. Parish Retail Outlet reserves the right to issue Rewards in any form, including, coupons or checks. Rewards are not transferable. No extensions or other exchanges will be allowed for expired Reward Credit.
The issuance of Reward Cards is final except in the event that a card has been issued in error. Lost or stolen reward cards will not be reissued.
The Member card is not a credit card or gift card, but intended as a method of tracking Reward Credit.
Members are responsible for taxes, charges or other liabilities related to or resulting from their participation in the program.
General Rules to Program
No annual Membership fee.
You must be a legal resident of the 50 U.S. states or Canada and at least 18 years of age to participate in this Program.
Membership is open to Parish Retail Outlet customers, except employees of Parish Retail Outlet, contract sales accounts, or state, municipal and federal Government accounts are not eligible to participate in this program.
All terms and conditions contained in the Parish Retail Outlet catalog also apply.
Parish Retail Outlet reserves the right to disqualify a member who violates these terms and conditions in its sole discretion.
