Policies

Returns Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority.

If an item you ordered from Parish Retail Outlet does not meet your expectations, simply return it either to a store or by mail within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below.

To Return a Product

Pack up the product, invoice and all original packaging, then call the Customer Service Center for instructions.

For all payment methods except Bill Me Later, a Customer Service Associate will issue a credit to the original payment method or Provide a credit for the cost of the product.

For a product paid for with Bill Me Later, a Customer Service Associate can issue credit in the form of a shopping card or a cash refund. Then you receive a bill from Bill Me Later and submit payment to Bill Me Later.

Returns Exception

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift wrapping charges.

Credit for Product Returns

Returning a Product by mail: The cost of the product will be credited to the original payment method when we receive the product.

Exchanges

To exchange a product by mail, fill out "Product To Be Exchanged" on the back of your invoice, indicating the product you are returning and the new product(s) you want sent. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new product. For example, give the product name, color, size and so on. Then enclose the invoice with your return.

The product returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new product(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned product are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new product(s) sent.
