About Us
Storage Solutions LLC opened its first location in St. Pauls, NC at the end of 2004. In 2005, construction began in Lumberton, NC on the second location. By August, 2006, 44,000 square feet were available for rent with 11 different size options.
As the name implies, we feel we have a solution for the many different storage needs. We have climate controlled, conventional units, and warehouse units. We can meet the needs of residential clients by providing climate controlled units for items that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations and humidity such as antiques, pictures, prints, etc. The conventional units are available to store household furniture, goods, and even outdoor items for those that are selling or buying a home, or those that need a little extra space. Commercial clients can take advantage of our storage by storing inactive business records in the climate controlled units to storing excess inventory in our large warehouse units that have dock access.
Storage Solutions prides itself on their security features. While 100% safety can’t be guaranteed, measures can be put in place to deter crime and create an environment that is friendly. The facility is fully fenced and well lighted at all times. Cameras monitor the facility 24 hours and footage is displayed on a 42” TV in the store lobby. Each unit has its own individual door alarm. A code is assigned when a unit is rented that allows entry and exit through a gate which also arms and disarms the alarm on the unit.
The owners, Steve and Linda Branch, are excited to provide Lumberton with an upscale storage facility. Call their friendly staff and give them an opportunity to provide a solution for your storage needs.
Requirements to Rent:

Other Considerations:
It is recommended that tenants purchase an insurance policy to recover from such losses as fire, theft, storms or burglary. Most homeowner and renter insurance policies do not cover property losses when the property is located at a storage unit facility. For many policy holders, adding a rider to their insurance policy may offer the necessary added protection from loss. We will be glad to recommend insurance companies that specialize in the self storage industry.
