1982 - Established the first center dedicated to diagnosing and treating sleep disorders in Middle Tennessee.
1985 - The first sleep disorders center accredited by the American Sleep Disorders Association (American Academy of Sleep Medicine).
2006 – As part of the Saint Thomas Neurosciences Institute, Saint Thomas and Baptist Hospitals merged their sleep centers to create the largest accredited sleep center in Middle Tennessee.
