Referral Program
We recognize the value of networking across our discipline. To acknowledge this we are introducing a targeted Referral Program that will foster partnership. With the spirit of consumerism in mind, we will take an approach that is geared towards getting the job done in the most safe, cost efficient manner. Therefore, if someone has a need that a member of this network can satisfy with either equipment, expertise, and/or resources to assume the job, they can leverage the network to solicit work for the client and receive a nominal profit for the referral.
Should the work request be shared, the estimate is separate and above the referral incentive. The customer will receive a quote at a discounted rate for using the network as well. Referral incentives, customer discounts and shared work are negotiated between the parties involved. Free Advertisement
Any member of the network has a choice to advertise on this website in order to solicit business for work that is not in direct competition with Williams Property Maintenance. We maintain the right of refusal for posting solicitation that is counter to its organizational values and ethics.
Vendor Services Discounts
Vendors and sub-contractors in the network give special discounts to Lawn and Garden Professionals who are in the network of partners with Williams Property Maintenance. To learn more about the Program or to become a member, contact us directly.
