A federal credit union may serve only those persons within its field of membership as granted by our governing agency, the National Credit Union Administration. To determine if you are eligible for membership in Florida State Employees Federal Credit Union, please review the following description of our field of membership. Family Membership
Credit Union membership privileges and financial services are offered to family members and relatives. Eligible family members include your spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings, and adoptive relations.
How do I join?
If you would like to become a part of our Credit Union family, you may come by any one of our three locations and fill out a membership application or call or e-mail us to request the membership forms to be sent to you. It's that simple.
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
Preserving Your Membership
Once a member of Florida State Employees Federal Credit Union, you are entitled to use the services of your credit union for life. We want to retain your membership and have adopted the policy of "once a member, always a member." This means that regardless of a job change or change in residence, you can continue to be a member of FSEFCU. If you close your account, you cannot reopen your account unless you remain in or return to the field of membership.

The Kids Klub
Florida State Employees Federal CU welcomes you to join our Kids Klub today! It takes only $25 to start your savings account. Once your account is open, make a deposit of $10 or more, and your child will receive a stamp on their new Kids Klub Card. When the card is completed, they will receive a gift. Each quarter, your child will receive a newsletter filled with trivia and games. There will be special giveaways, contests and so much more.

Member Services
Courtesy Pay Overdraft Protection
Courtesy Pay is an overdraft protection service that allows the credit union to overdraw your checking account to pay insufficient items up to your Courtesy Pay limit as long as your account qualifies. Please contact the credit union for a complete list of qualifications and for more details on this service.
Home Banking and Bill Pay
Internet Banking allows you to perform banking transactions and communicate with Member Services quickly and easily from the comfort of your home or wherever you happen to be. These services provide secure access at any hour of the day.
In addition to accessing your account from the convenience of your own personal computer 24/7, we have added PAYIT, our Bill Payment Service which allows you to pay your bills on-line. You can schedule payments to be made today, in the future, or on a recurring schedule. In addition, PAYIT gives you a confirmation number for every payment and keeps track of your last 18 months' payments made - PAYIT does it for you.
Check Reorder
For your convenience, we offer several ways to reorder your checks. Either drop your check reorder form by any location, mail the reorder form in, or if placing a reorder with Liberty Check Printers, you may reorder online. To order online, you must have ordered your previous box of checks from Liberty, and no changes to your information can be made. Reorder now!
If you are currently using checks from one of our other check printers or you need to make changes to your checks, stop by the Credit Union to place your reorder. If you would like to switch to Liberty, just let one of our Member Service Representatives know and they will be glad to help you select another design with Liberty.

Travelers Cheques
We offer "No Fee" American Express Travelers Cheques that are accepted worldwide. We offer single signature cheques in denominations of $20, $50, or $100.
We also offer a Gift Cheque through American Express. The Gift Cheque is a special way to give money for that birthday, wedding or graduation.
Notary Public Service
We offer free notary service at both our locations for your convenience.
Western Union Wires
We are an authorized originator for Western Union wires. Come by either location to have funds wired. Sorry, we are not authorized to receive Western Union wires.
Wire Transfers
With proper wiring information and your signature, we can wire funds to another financial institution for you. If you wire funds routinely to the same institution, please ask us about our recurring wire program.
Prepaid Legal Service
We offer our members the opportunity to become a part of a Group Legal Service Plan. This plan offers the services of licensed Pensacola attorneys with the law firm of Staples, Ellis & Associates. A small annual fee is required.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Keep your valuables safe in one of our safe deposit boxes located at our Nine Mile Road office. Several sizes are available to meet your needs.
Quik Check Card (Verify by Visa)
This is our debit card with ATM access. You not only can use your Quik Check Card for cash withdrawals from any ATM machine that carries the Visa, PLUS or CU24 logo, but you can use it to make purchases at any merchant that accepts Visa. Click here to make a Quik Check Card request.
Senior Member Advantage Club (SMAC)
If you are 55 years young, you will want to sign up for our SMAC account. As a SMAC member, you'll receive the following services—absolutely free!

Quik Call is our 24-hour audio response system that lets you make savings, checking or loan balance inquiries; make transfers from your savings or checking account; make loan payment transfers or inquire to see what checks have cleared your account.
