Doing Catering Right– Instruction Guide for Parents
All Parents must register their child with Doing Catering Right by downloading the student registration form, or manually through the mailing lists.
- Mark which day your child will be eating on the menu
- Add up all the days your child is eating and make a payment
- All payments must be received on or before the first of every month
- If you are ordering via web we must have your credit card number or bank routing number on hand
- If you are ordering manually you must register on our mailing list
- No refunds on lunches unless your child is out three consecutive days with a doctors excuse
- When your account balance is low you will be notified via email and through the mail
- If your child has a negative balance, your child will have a 5-day grace period to eat
- After five days with a negative balance your child will be denied a hot lunch
- If your child is not marked to eat that day, lunch will be provided and your account debited.

Q. How will I be able to order lunch for my child?
A. Log on to school's website and click on the link to our website, or manually fill out lunch order form and mail it.
Q. What types of payment options are available?
A. We accept checks (Paid to Indefinite Industries Inc.), Visa or MasterCard and automatic draft from your banking account.
Q. When are payments due?
A. Payments will be due on the 1st of every month, advanced payments will be accepted.
Q. Will my child be able to eat if a payment is late?
A. Yes, there will be a 5-day grace period and reminders sent home to parents.
Q. Will my child eat a hot and healthy lunch?
A. Every day your child will receive a freshly prepared meat, vegetable, fresh fruit, desert and milk.
Q. If my child is out sick will lunch be credited?
A. If your child is consecutively out for three days, payment will be refunded with a doctor's excuse.
Q. Can I purchase extra portions for my child?
A. Yes, there will be a space on menu to check is extra is wanted.
