Extensive training, the natural ability to relate to children, and a fun-loving personality are crucial in setting the stage for learning. The experiences that the teachers create and their knowledge of child development will turn the classroom into a mini lab of structured centers.
At M & S Magical Stars Daycare & Learning Center, Inc., we encourage the professional growth of our staff. A workshop, annual revisions of the curriculum, researching new ideas and materials as well as the spirit of guidance prevails throughout the school. As owners, it is our job to promote staff team work, leadership, safety, and a positive attitude, which are character strengths recognized by children attending our schools.
